Mexico
Meet Ricardo and Esther Brambila who have worked in Puebla, Mexico, many years. Ricardo is a national missionary who has been serving the Lord for around fifty years in his own country. They have worked with other Mexican missionaries and pastors to raise up around twenty churches and a number of full-time workers. They help with the support of various national Christian workers.
UPDATE
After some recoup time in the USA, Ricardo and Esther have returned to Mexico to live. The time they have had in the USA has been a good time of refreshing for a couple of tired soldiers. They are located in the city of Puebla, where they have established a base in the past. Pray for strength, wisdom, and open doors.

Dear Friends and Prayer Partners,
We are going forward with our plans to settle in Mexico. God is answering prayers. But we still have a long way to go before we get settled. A big answer and concern was for my permanent residence in Mexico. We praise Him that HE worked things out to our favor with no red tape.
Where are we going to settle? On our property where our daughter lives in Puebla, Mexico years ago we were building a small house with two floors for family. It is quite unfinished and needs to be expanded. The Lord gave us real peace that we should live by our daughter and family in our old age. Ricardo is now 78 and I am 75 years old. This was a great consolation for all of our kids. Another plus is when this gets completed; we won’t be paying rent or payments. The construction will take several months and we will be using almost all of our retirement and emergency funds. It will be an adventure of faith so we really need your prayers and backing. We will be staying with our daughter, Esther while we work on our little house.
The Lord has shown us that we need to keep praying for the very needy town of Malinalco and other areas and for their workers who continue in the church planting ministry. We ask you to pray also. In Malinalco there is a small congregation of about l5 to l8 who gather in a home. A minister from Mexico City and our workers from Momoxpan where we had our main church in Puebla are caring for this new ministry. As for us, we continue to be salt and light wherever we live and be available for His service. We want to help others whenever we can and above all to pray.
We had a great encouragement from one of our co workers that we hadn’t heard from for five years. Juan came to visit us and let us know of his ministry in a distant village. He joined a denominational agency which helps with his support for his family. He is pastor and the church is growing in numbers and developing firm Christians. He thanked us over and over again for his training and help throughout the years and our relationship with his family, his wife and three children. He couldn’t have done it without this training. He is grateful and so are we for what he is doing. He is so much more mature as a Christian leader. You can also rejoice with us as you have a part in this and many other ministries throughout the country that are winning the lost, training and congregating them.
I want to let you know that little by little my knee injury, which is a detached meniscus (knee cartilage) is getting better. I can walk more and have much less pain as the months go by. I continue therapy (using it).
We thank you once again for standing with us in our praises, prayer request and financial need. We sign off with love and prayers.
